02 外贸邮件常识

  1. Subject: 主题/标题
    收到一个连标题都没有的邮件是很有可能判断是垃圾邮件不予理会的。标题应简明扼要的写清楚这个邮件的主题
  2. Font字体可以选择
    邮件默认字体或者Times New Roman这样常见的字体,注意将字体字号统一,别超过10pt大小。如果有需要重点标注的词语可以选择斜体Italic 或者加粗Bold。
  3. 不能用英文全名
    一般直接用first name即可,比如Bill Cliton,写作Dear Bill,/Hi Bill
    你不知道对方姓名:可以写“Dear Sir/Madam”
  4. 正文简练和有逻辑
    不用铺垫,不用抒情,不用起承转合。如果你是第一次和对方联系,你首先应该介绍一下自己(姓名,单位,为什么会写信找人家)。
  5. 落款
    Best regards/All the best, (熟人可省略),但是不要忘了写你的名字

03 如何回复外贸邮件

  • 回复别人我已经收到了邮件
    “got it,” “received it,” 或直接回“thank you” 都可以。收到邮件后没有什么异议要尽快回复确认,这也是基本的职场礼仪。“Yes, I have taken note of it. Thanks.”或“Thank you for the reminder.” 都是可以的。
  • 想确认对方有没有收到你发出的这份邮件
    “May I check with you if you have received my last E-mail?/ May I ask if there is any updates about my last E-mail?
